Admins possess the capacity to check the status of emails
You can check which emails have been sent out of your system or by each logged in person
TranslationProjex uses a 3rd party email provider to send email on your behalf but you may occasionally receive an 'Email sent successfully' notification and the target may not have received the email
TranslationProjex has a number of default emails to notify you of events (jobs being assigned, upload of files etc.) You can edit how these are used in your Administrator Console.
You can add your own email templates in TranslationProjex
TranslationProjex uses a 3rd party emailing service. Emails are sent as soon as possible. To use your own email gateway, follow below.
Outgoing messages within TranslationProjex are all based on templates. However, there may be a time when you wish to customise a message before it goes out (e.g. Adding a file or client-specific comments).
