Setting up

Login as administrator

  1. Go to Project > Services
  2. Click the 'Edit' pencil icon next to a service
  3. Select 'Make available on client request/order form?'
  4. Click 'Save'

Viewing Templates

You can check client templates and email templates

  1. Go to Manage Templates > Email Templates
  2. Check 'Client Order Email'

Placing an Order

Login as client

  1. Go to Quote Requests/Orders > Place an Order
  2. Fill in the details
  3. Click 'Add Task'
  4. Fill in the details and attach any respective files
  5. Click 'Ok'

Viewing Orders

  1. Go to Quote Requests/Orders > Orders
  2. You can now view your Orders as a Client
