Creating Consent Text

Login as Administrator

  1. Go to Settings > Manage Consent Text
  2. Fill in the details
  3. Click 'Save'

Viewing Consents

  1. Go to Manage Users > Manage Users
  2. You can view whether or not consent has been provided

Requesting Consent

  1. Go to Manage Templates > Email Templates
  2. Click 'Edit' pencil icon next to 'Email to Send Consent'
  3. Here you can edit how consent emails are sent

Sending Clients/Resources their Data

  1. Go to Data Management > Send Subject Access Request
  2. Select a Client or Resource
  3. Click 'Send'
  4. Fill in the details
  5. Click 'Send'

Deleting a Client/Resource

  1. Go to Data Management > Send Subject Access Request
  2. Select a Client or Resource
  3. Click 'Delete Profile'
