Add CATCount Setting
- Go to Data Management > CATCount Import Settings
- Click 'Add Import Definition'
Interpreting Analysis File
- Name the new definition something obvious (e.g. Trados 2014)
- Separate values in your .csv file with delimiters (a Comma ',' or a semi-colon ';')
- Header rows to Skip tells TranslationProjex to ignore the top of your .csv file
- Match Type Col. No. - This tells TranslationProjex which column contains the names of the type of Match e.g 'Repetions', 100% Matches
- The Words Col. No. - This tells TranslationProjex which column contains the name
Example CSV
Using the example CSV file below:
- The first 22 rows of the CSV can be skipped so in the Header rows to skip field we would put 22
- The Match Type column is the column number that contains the name of the CAT matches (e.g. Perfect match etc)- in this case the 2nd column - so we put 2 in the MatchType column field
-
The 4th column in the CSV contains the wordcount so in the Words Col. field put 4
