Add CATCount Setting

  1. Go to Data Management > CATCount Import Settings
  2. Click 'Add Import Definition'

Interpreting Analysis File

  1. Name the new definition something obvious (e.g. Trados 2014)
  2. Separate values in your .csv file with delimiters (a Comma ',' or a semi-colon ';')
  3. Header rows to Skip tells TranslationProjex to ignore the top of your .csv file
  4. Match Type Col. No. - This tells TranslationProjex which column contains the names of the type of Match e.g 'Repetions', 100% Matches
  5. The Words Col. No. - This tells TranslationProjex which column contains the name

Example CSV

Using the example CSV file below:

  1. The first 22 rows of the CSV can be skipped so in the Header rows to skip field we would put 22
  2. The Match Type column is the column number that contains the name of the CAT matches (e.g. Perfect match etc)- in this case the 2nd column - so we put 2 in the MatchType column field
  3. The 4th column in the CSV contains the wordcount so in the Words Col. field put 4
