Instructions

Login as Project Manager

  1. Go to Clients > New Invoice
  2. Select Client you wish to invoice
  3. Click 'Next'
  4. Add 'Client Contact'
  5. Click 'Add Job' to add outstanding jobs
  6. Click 'Preview' to view the Invoice your client will receive
  7. Now Click 'Save and Send'
  8. Select the Client Contact
  9. Click 'Send' or Click 'Custom Message' to edit your template
