Creating Auto Reminder Template

Login as Administrator

  1. Go to Manage Templates > Auto Reminders
  2. Click 'Add a Template'
  3. Select 'Reminder For' to remind Clients/Resources respectively
  4. Fill in the details
  5. Make it 'Active'
  6. Set the 'Frequency' 
  7. Fill in the emailing details
  8. Click 'Save'
